Focus on the object and slowly move it towards you until it reaches the tip of your nose and slowly bring it back to its original position. Do this 10 times and keep your eyes on the object at the duration of the routine.
2. Eye Focus Shifting is an exercise that will enhance your eyes ability to focus on objects at different ranges. Position your thumb 6 inches away from your eyes and stare at it for 5 seconds. Then look at an object on the wall in front of you for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Do this every day.
3. Eye Muscle Massage – Relax and close your eyes gently. With the tip of your fingers gently press on the bones surrounding your eyes and the tip of the bridge of your nose. Press each area for one second and release. Do this massage when you feel your eyes being particularly strained.
These exercises should be done for at least 15 minutes a day for maximum results. Aside from eye exercises you should also include Vitamin A, C and beta carotene in your diet to improve eyesight naturally.
